Found my first Morel mushroom yesterday and many more today. They are delicious. I normally don't eat mushrooms but have fallen in love with the woody smell and flavor of these mushrooms.

They are very good to eat. They are hard to find and timing and location are key.

Yes they are delicious! I'm glad you posted this because it helps me know when the may be in my area next. I would think you would be a couple weeks ahead of us. They usually pop out around Mother's Day here but who knows this year with the weird warm Spring. Great capture, Thomas!
