Artist's Description
I have been filming and photographing these birds for over 4 years now and when they arrive in the spring and start nest building or fixing up old nests it is something to watch. Sometimes what i observe is not at all static but emotional. He will go get a stick and bring it back to the nest as she waits, as he approaches i feel they are already communicating as she will point her beak upwards as he approaches. After she is given the stick and places it correctly they often times will rub their beaks together like kissing with a beak. "True Love" ?
