We are seeing more Snowy Owls migrating into Wisconsin this year but that does not make them easy to find or photograph. This is my fourth year my wife and i have searched for the elusive Snowy Owl. This is the year of the owl for us as we finally located a few owls! It took many miles and hours but it was worth it!
This is why they are so hard to find. Snowy Owls blend into the environment so well.
