Description
We are seeing more Snowy Owls migrating into Wisconsin this year but that does not make them easy to find or photograph. This is my fourth year my wife and i have searched for the elusive Snowy Owl. This is the year of the owl for us as we finally located a few owls! It took many miles and hours but it was worth it! This Snowy Owl is either going to scratch it's nose or bowing to the world and audience before it! I watched a film on Snowy Owls and the female has more barring than the male which is almost pure white but as juveniles they may have more barring regardless of gender.
